Ford's motorsport involvement has changed dramatically over the years - but it is always there - the Dust and the Glory - a central flux that has powered a million race cars.  Gerard Quinn, who started at Ford on the shop floor and now heads up Ford Performance Europe, talks to Peter Windsor about the company's heritage and its race and rally programmes
