WAITING FOR THE VENICE MARATHON...
Dear Friends,
I will take part on Sunday to the 24th edition of the legendary Venice Marathon: it is gonna be exciting to run on streets close to my home and concluding in the most suggestive city in the world.
Friends of the organization have been really kind in creating a fund raising in favour of BIMBINGAMBA (www.bimbingamba.com) by means of a limited edition of marathon numbers whose extra-charge will be entirely devolved to the charity I represent.
For this reason, I wanted to do something for them myself: the special body that you can see in the picture is the one I will use on Sunday during the race. It has been created by "Rudy Project", a first class company having passion for nice and well done things as their daily creed.
I intend to make an auction with this item in order to devolve the raised money to the project "Run for Water" which is strongly supported by Venice Marathon. Obviously, this is just a symbolic gesture, nevertheless I hope that more than one fan will take part to the "online battle" to get this collection piece in such a way that the raised money can be a bit more than just a "drop into the sea" from an economic viewpoint.
Further details on this auction will follow, for now I just ask you to send me your wishes of good luck for the marathon.
