Here is a look a the events that will be coming to Charlotte leading up to the 600 in two weeks.

TODAY (No admission or parking charge) 6-10 p.m.: IROC practice. TUESDAY (No admission or parking charge) 9:30 a.m.-noon, 1-10 p.m.: IROC practice. WEDNESDAY (No admission or parking charge) 10 a.m.-noon and 1-6 p.m.: IROC practice. THURSDAY (Gates open to public at 3 p.m. Admission $5 for adults, $1 for children 6-12, children under 6 free; no parking charge.) 7 a.m.: Infield opens to campers. 10 a.m.-noon: IROC practice. 1-3 p.m.: ARCA practice. 3-4 p.m.: IROC practice. 4-6 p.m.: First-round qualifying for ARCA cars (one lap, for positions 1-25). 6:30-7:30 p.m.: Legends Car practice. 7:30-8:30 p.m.: ARCA practice. 8:30-9:30 p.m.: IROC practice. FRIDAY (Gates open to public at 3 p.m. Admission $15 for adults, $1 for children 6 to 12, children under 6 free; parking $5.) 8:30-9:30 a.m.: ARCA practice. 9:30-10:30 a.m.: IROC practice. 10:30-11:30 a.m.: Winston practice. 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: Winston Open practice. 1 p.m.: Second-round qualifying for ARCA cars (positions 26-36). 1:30 to 2 p.m.: The Winston Open practice. 2-2:10 p.m.: Pit road speed test. 2:10-3:30 p.m.: The Winston practice. 3:30--4:30 p.m.: Final ARCA practice. 4:30--5 p.m.: Legends invitational race. 5:30 p.m.: Winston Open qualifying (one lap). 7 p.m.: Winston qualifying (3 laps with pit stop). 8-8:30 p.m.: Winston Open practice. 8:30-9 p.m.: Winston practice. 9:30 p.m.: Second leg of the 21st International Race of Champions (67 laps). SATURDAY (Gates open to the public at 1 p.m. Limited reserved seating available. General admission seating $25 and $30 in Grand National Tower, East and Cox Family grandstands. Children $15 and $5. Parking $5). 1-2 p.m.: The Winston practice. 2-3 p.m.: The Winston Open practice. 4-4:45 p.m.: The Winston practice. 4:30 to 6 p.m.: Legends Car races. 6:30 p.m.: ARCA Easy Care 100 (67 laps). 7:45 p.m.: The Winston Open (50 laps). 9 p.m.: The Winston (70 laps in segments of 30, 30 and 10 laps). MONDAY, MAY 19 (No admission or parking charge.) 9 a.m.-noon: ARCA practice. 1-2 p.m.: ARCA practice. 3-4:30 p.m.: First-round ARCA qualifying (one lap, for positions 1-25). 4:30-5 p.m.: ARCA practice. SATURDAY, MAY 24 (Gates open to public at 8 a.m. Reserved seating $25-$55, general admission $20 for adults, $10 for children 6-12, free for children under 6. Parking $5). 9-10 a.m.: Winston Cup practice. 11 a.m.: Pre-race activities begin. 1 p.m.: Carquest Auto Parts 300. 3:30-4:30 p.m.: Final Winston Cup practice. SUNDAY, MAY 25 (Gates open to public at noon. Reserved seats limited. General admission in East and Cox Family grandstands $35 for adults, $5 for children 6-12. Children under 6 free. Parking $5). 2:45 p.m.: Pre-race entertainment begins. 5:45 p.m.: Winston Cup driver introductions. 6:15 p.m.: Coca-Cola 600.
