EU3000: Imola free practices notes

Free practices in Imola for the Euroseries 3000 and F.3000 Italian Championship

Seventeen cars took the track today for the free practices of this second round of the Euroseries 3000 / F.3000 Italian Championship and it is still the leader of the Championship standings to make the faster lap, recording the time of 1'40"013.

Then we found his team- mate Ricci and an impressive Cressoni, who, after signing a deal with Vanni-Traini team for the whole season, is getting the right feeling with his car. Minardi Team, with the fourth place of the deb Rodriguez, is, also in this occasion, ready to challenge the Fisichella Motor Sport drivers.

Fifth place for the Russian Vitaly Petrov with Euronova, ahead of the 2005 "Ligh" Champion Stefano Gattuso. A good debout for team Astromega, 7th on the results with Oliver Martini.

Tomorrow both the official practices (12.20 ) and race 1 (05.40) will take place.
