Ferrari recently tried and failed to get an F1 rule change through that it felt was for the good of the championship, as it was designed to reduce Mercedes' advantage at the front of the field. But after the attempt to switch to 2018-specification tyres failed to get enough support from rival teams to be pushed through, Ferrari team boss Mattia Binotto then said F1 should be "ashamed" of itself. Edd Straw and Scott Mitchell join Glenn Freeman to explain Ferrari's position, why Binotto was so passionate in his reaction, and if a big team like Ferrari really should be pushing for rule changes to help it win races
