USA: Birmingham: Round 9 qualifying notes

Birmingham, Ala. - July 29, 2005-- Today's qualifying session for Round 9 of the Formula BMW USA Series was cancelled due to severe weather and lightning in the area. The starting grid will be formed on the basis of Championship Points, thus earning Kevin Lacroix (AIM Autosport) his first pole of the season.

The Round 9 race is scheduled to start at 5:00 p.m. tomorrow.
