BCN WORKING AS THE FIRST RACE OF THE SEASON APPROCHES

After all accurate checks performed last week at Paul Ricard in occasion of the track debut of the Dallara GP2/08, BCN Competicion used the two testing days just concluded at Barcelona to push, for the first time, the new single seater to the limits.

Both drivers performed a deep work of finding the limits of the car. This showed the necessity of some interventions that took up a lot the team's men.

During French tests Milos Pavlovic already experienced some problems in finding the right driving position, partially due to the tall height of the Serbian driver. In Spain, after testing some different solutions, technicians identified the right adjustments to completely solve the problem.

Paolo Maria Nocera worked on the setup instead: as the car setup changed, the Italian scored very positive times in single sectors of the track. The information gathered in this way will be used during next tests at Le Castelet to define a performing setup of the car throughout the whole track.
