Rick Cameron and Joel spent the first afternoon working on fine tuning the chassis set up's in preparation for the race weekend.
On day 2, Joel who is part of the MAZDASPEED Driver Development program, again posted the fastest time in the morning session, which was a 1.45.32. Charles Hall was his nearest challenger with a lap of 1.45.70. The afternoon session was lost as the car suffered from mechanical problems which were our of Miller's control. His time on day two was good enough to put him on the top spot for the second day in a row and for the entire test. Charles Hall was again second 4 tenths back from Miller's 1.45.32.
Joel quotes: 'It feels really good to go into next weekend knowing we have a good package that is capable of winning. I have total confidence in the JDC team to find the mechanical issue from Tuesday afternoon.'
