IndyCar: Scott McLaughlin's rookie testing

Scott McLaughlin joins the IndyCar series full-time after winning three consecutive titles in the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship. The Kiwi has rookie testing with Team Penske at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
