Ford Formula Campus championship Sunday's race: Diana Rosario won the race
Round 4 of Ford Formula Campus championship (FFC) was held in Challenge Show (C1) racing weekend on Sunday morning. Diana Rosario, the female driver from Macau, captured 1st, with Adriano do Espirito Santo 2nd and Eric Kwong 3rd.
Ford Formula Campus Championship Sunday's race started at 12:05 with the track temperature at 35 degrees. As a result of Saturday's round 3, Adriano do Espirito Santo and Diana Rosario started on the 1st row with Samin Gomez Briceno and Filipe Souza on the 2nd. It was indeed a tough race for the drivers.
As the race started, Santo took the lead from Diana Rosario right after the start. After 3 laps, Rosario managed to pass Santo and won the race. Rich Pham, the American driver, did a remarkable job by starting from 10th and finished 6th.
The 3rd race of FFC will travel to Chengdu International Circuit with C1 celebrity race weekend in September.
