Formula RUS, Round 4
Race 1 best lap determined grid position in race 7 so Sergey Mokshantsev yet again started from pole. Formula RUS newbie Vladimir Belyakov couldn't take part in second race, following accident he had in first race doctors advised him to rest.
Another start resulted in yet another accident, this time Sergey Mokshantsev was main victim and paid visit to his mechanics for repairs but despite his entire efforts second accident with David Ramishvili forced him to pitlane for second time and podium was out of reach for him this time. Main battle for race lead was between Travin and Chernev.
For Travin it was a nice chance to shrink his points deficit to Mokshantsev in standings but Chernev found a way past race leader to claim his maiden victory in circuit racing. Breakthrough of the race was courtesy of Yuri Kim, having started from the back of grid Kim gave a starring performance to finish third and achieve best results in his racing career.
