World of Outlaws Championship Points Through July 25
Donny Schatz finished second on Wednesday night in the World of Outlaws inaugural visit to Ohsweken Speedway in Canada, and extended his lead in the championship standings to 125 points over Joey Saldana. Schatz has 46 Top-10 finishes in the 50 events that have been contested this season.
Saldana finished sixth on Wednesday night to earn his 41st Top-10 of the season. Danny Lasoski used a fifth-place run to remain in the third position in points. Daryn Pittman was ninth on Wednesday night, which moved him into the fourth spot in points. Steve Kinser finished fourth at Ohsweken to move into the fifth position in points.
The rest of the Top-10 is: Jason Meyers, Craig Dollansky, Paul McMahan, Jason Solwold and Jac Haudenschild.
Jason Sides used his first win of the season to remain 13th in the championship standings.
Jeremy Campbell finished 14th in his first visit to Ohsweken and that moved him into the 18th spot in points.
Kerry Madsen continues to lead the Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the Year Award standings.
