Audis fourth and seventh in Silverstone practise

Silverstone, England - The Audi Sport R8R's posted qualifying times good for fourth and seventh on the grid, provisionally, for the P&O Stena Line Silverstone 500k.

Allan McNish, driver of the number 77 Audi Sport R8R, posted a time of 1:37.495 placing him fourth on the provisional grid. The team has done an excellent job with the car in a short period of time. We can maybe find some more speed overnight for qualifying tomorrow, but starting in the second row is not bad at Silverstone," said McNish.

Emanuele Pirro went 1:38.783 in the number 78 Audi placing him provisionally seventh on the grid.
