Drayson Racing Leads Testing at Miller Motorsports Park

TOOELE, UTAH, USA - Drayson Racing got off to an excellent start for the 11 July Larry H. Miller Dealerships Utah Grand Prix. Emanuele Pirro (Rome) set the 90-minute session's quickest lap time with a one minute, 36.295 second lap in the No.8 Drayson Racing Lola Coupé with Judd Power. Pirro and Jonny Cocker (Guisborough, Yorks, UK) made a combined 25 tours of the 3.048-mile/4.905Km Miller Motorsports Park (MMP). The session's fastest time came on lap 20 of the "Promoter's Test Day" for Sunday's American Le Mans Series Le Mans Prototype (LMP) race.

Dale White,Team Manager: "It is early in the weekend but it is a very good feeling to be in P1 [position one] for the test session. The whole team did an excellent job. We want to keep this momentum going throughout the weekend into qualifying and the race. If we can do that we can show well on Sunday."
