Back to the Short Track for #37 Team GLOCK Racing
Dexter Bean, driver of the #37 GLOCK Chevrolet will head to another short-track this weekend at Berlin Raceway in the 12 race of the ARCA RE/MAX Series 2008 schedule. The 200 lap event will take place in Marne, MI from the .4 mile paved oval track.
Dexter is proving himself as an excellent short-track driver this year with two top-five finishes and would like to bring home the first win for Team GLOCK Racing at Berlin. He finished third at Toledo in May and fourth at Cayuga Speedway in Canada at the end of June and has the confidence that he needs on the short-track this weekend for another strong finish. "Berlin is a unique short track that makes for tight racing. I am excited to go back short-trackin' at Berlin. We are ready to win at Berlin," said Dexter. They will be carrying the 008 chassis that they brought to Toledo Speedway and the Cayuga Motor Speedway short-tracks.
Practice, qualifying and the race will all take place on Saturday, July 26. Practice will be from 2:30 4pm, SIM Factory Pole Qualifying will take place at 5pm (All positions/2 laps) and the race will start at 8:30pm EST.
