BRANDON KNUPP LOOKING FOR LADY LUCK IN GEORGIA
The last two ARCA RE/MAX Series races have been an up and down roller coaster for Sidney Ohio's Brandon Knupp. Knupp, driver of the Mark Knupp Muffler & Tire #96 has gone from leading a race to just holding on to the finish, he's looking for "Lady Luck" to shine on him this weekend at the .4 mile short track of Lanier National Speedway in Braselton, GA.
"I don't know what the deal is, our luck just seems to skip to every other race, this race at Lanier just happens to be on our good luck weekend, as the year has gone so far." said Brandon, " I'm really looking forward to a good run, this is my kind of race track and if things follow suit the luck should be on my side this week and we're definitely ready for that."
This weekend will be the inaugural event for the ARCA RE/MAX Series at Lanier National Speedway, located in Braselton Georgia.
Brandon Knupp and the Mark Knupp Racing Team will have their Ford Taurus ready to do short track battle on Saturday May 28 with an afternoon practice session from 2:00 - 3:30pm, followed by Pork Pole Qualifying at 4:30pm with the green flag set to drop at 8:00pm for the Williams Brothers 200.
