Coming off of a strong run at Kentucky Speedway, with less than expected results due to weather, a strong 10th place qualifying effort, followed up by a 9th place finish. As Todd Bowsher was preparing to head onto pit road with the GFS Marketplace Ford Taurus the rain began to fall and the race was never restarted. Bowsher running with the front pack most of the day in the 4th position said, "We really needed to get this race restarted we could have been right there at the checkered flag, we'll take this car to Gateway and see what we've got for them there. We picked up a position in the points so we're looking to keep up the momentum this weekend."
The GFS Marketplace Team heads to Gateway International Raceway for the Shop 'n Save 150 on Friday July 16, with live television coverage on SPEED at 8pm est.
