TAGLIANI BUMPS LAZZARO FROM POLE STREAK IN HOMETOWN RACE

MONTREAL, Quebec, Canada - Local driver Alexandre Tagliani will start on the pole for Saturday's KOOL/Toyota Atlantic Championship at the Canadian Grand Prix. Tagliani, of Lachenaie, Que., posted a record time of 1:36.739 around the 2.745-mile Circuit Gilles Villeneuve for his first pole of the season. Anthony Lazzaro, of Acworth, Ga., will start alongside Tagliani. Lazzaro had earned the last three poles of the season. Rookie William Langhorne, of Washington, D.C., will start third - his highest start of the season. Saturday's race at the Air Canada Grand Prix, round five of the KOOL/Toyota Atlantic Championship, is scheduled for a 2:30 p.m. start.
