Magny-Cours: Durango event summary

TERRIFIC TRIS IN MAGNY COURS

Durango won, once more, race 2 of the Magny Cours Autogp round. After the successes in Imola and Spa, Carlos Iaconelli scored his third victory in a row in this very competitive championship. The satisfaction for this tris of victories is definetely very high, as confirmed by the words of the team principal Ivone Pinton: "In Durango history there are many big satisfactions but a winning sequence like this is surely special, because comes from the effort of the whole team personnel. Rarely a team get a good driver as Carlos integrating perfectly with its technical and sporting choices, when this happens everything goes smoothly and victory is the right consequence. Now we will stop for a month but it's evident that we are already thinking to score a poker in Navarra". Carlos Iaconelli with a nice smile on his face declared: "This is the best stage of my whole career, no doubt about it. Winning keeping behind drivers coming from Formula 1 it's not easy at all. Finally I am working well with Durango and there are two more rounds to continue doing it. Better than this...".
