The Werner Enterprises Team is ready for the Northern Nationals. The defending event Champions are hoping the testing that was done following the rained out Canadian Nationals will pay off this weekend in Martin Michigan. Clay Millican is the winningest driver in IHRA Top Fuel History is hoping to have a productive weekend. "The whole team has been working hard since testing and we are hoping that pays off with a win this weekend".
Werner Car 06 Niteshot US 131 has been a very good track for the Werner Enterprises Team. In 2003 driver Clay Millican had his head shaved by the team on the starting line shortly after breaking Big Daddy Don Garltis record for most wins in the Top Fuel Division.
At this event last year the Kenny Koretsky owned team beat Doug Foley in the final. Enroute to this win the team set a new track record for speed and elapsed time with a run of 4.609 @ 318.09. Millican currently leads the points standing over Doug Foley 437 to 347.
