Several posts have focused on the inexperience of the current driver line-up in Grand Prix. With the following statistics I intend to make available strong data that can help to clarify what has been said.

For each GP I take the cumulative number of GP starts and wins of all the drivers that started and the number of drivers with wins. Then I take the average for each year. I did not include Indy 500.

PS: Only 3 of the 552 GPs were started with no former winners. British 1950 and Indy 1950 were the obvious 1st and 2nd. The other GP was ... I wait for your guesses.
