An unusual name appears in this weeks test report

What do you do when you have two test sessions running simultaneously, but only one of your regular drivers available to run..?

You call another! A timely placed call to Ireland earlier this week sent Jonny Kane on his way to Lurcy Levis in France for a one-off test for the OrangeArrows team.

Starting off in karts in Ireland back in 1988, Jonny has won many major championships including Formula Ford, Formula Vauxhall and British Formula 3, before he moved to the USA in 1999, after an invitation from Barry Green to join Team KOOL Green. The move was a good one, with Jonny not only winning the team's first race in Indy Lights, but also being named Rookie of the Year in his first season. In 2001 Jonny will compete in the Le Mans 24 Hours for MG.

Jonny has now completed two days of straight line testing for OrangeArrows at Lurcy-Levis, development work essential to the team's progress. Thank you Jonny.
