Testing resumes tomorrow, September 28th, in preparation for the Japanese and Brazilian Grands Prix, the last two races of the season. Toyota new signing Jarno Trulli will be back in the cockpit after his brief session at Silverstone prior to the Chinese GP. The Italian will start his first full three-test for Toyota at Jerez on Tuesday, driving the TF104B

Current Toyota race drivers Olivier Panis and Ricardo Zonta are scheduled to stay in Asia until Suzuka, so the team is making use of its Driver Academy to fulfil test duties at Vairano. Frenchman Franck Perera and Japanese Katsuyuki Hiranaka will carry out straight-line work at the Italian track on the 28th and 29th of this month.

Speculation has it that Trulli could be in a Toyota race seat for the Japanese GP. The team recently said it had no plans to change the current line up but that was when Trulli had only one day of testing under his belt. If all goes well at Jerez this week, Jarno could make his race debut for Toyota at Suzuka.
