ARDC CARQUEST Midget Banquet Slated for Nov. 29
HAZLETON, Pa., Oct. 3 - Ed Stimely Jr. of McVeytown, Pa., and his car owners, Harold and Ruthann Yetter of Scotia, Pa., will be honored as the 1997 champions of the American Racing Drivers Club (ARDC) CARQUEST Midget Series at the organization's banquet on Saturday night, Nov. 29 at the Lobitz Catering Hall here. Cocktails will be available at 5 p.m., with the dinner beginning at 6 p.m. The award ceremony will be held during and after dinner, followed by music and dancing.

To reach the Lobitz Catering Hall, take exit 39 off Interstate 80 onto Route 309 South. Go over a mountain and through two traffic lights. Make a left at the light at McDonald's onto 28th St. Turn right at the next intersection onto Hillside Drive (Route 940 West). The catering hall will be on the right.
