Charlotte, NC (March 20, 2009) -- Robby Gordon Motorsports announced yesterday that SPOT will be the primary sponsor of the No. 7 Toyota Camry for this weekend's Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway. With a new sponsor onboard, Gordon looks to tackle one of the toughest tracks on the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series schedule.
Remarks on Bristol and SPOT -- "We had a great car at Bristol in the night race last August. It was unfortunate that our night ended early after getting caught up in a wreck on Lap 216. We are excited to be going to Bristol with SPOT as our primary sponsor and are confident that the No. 7 SPOT Toyota Camry will have an awesome debut. It is a great opportunity to showcase the SPOT product to the NASCAR fans."
Thunder Valley Statistics -- Sunday's Food City 500 will mark Gordon's 17th appearance at the high-banked bull ring in the Sprint Cup Series starting on the front row once and recording one top-15 finish and six top-20's.
Appearances - Robby will be at his souvenir trailer on Sunday signing autographs for his fans at 10:15 a.m.
