Sauter on the Samsung 500:
"I'm really excited about the chance to drive the No. 36 the next two weeks. Texas has been good to me in the past and I really like the race track. I'm looking forward to having some fun out there this weekend and getting the car into the show Sunday."
Baldwin on Sauter and Texas:
"I'm excited about having Johnny in the No. 36 for the next couple of races and look forward to seeing what he can do. He has been strong at Texas, especially in the Truck series, and I'm confident he can give us a solid performance in the Sprint Cup car. We will have him for a couple of races here before he will need to focus on his Truck Series team, and we hope to have a full-time driver for the No. 36 named here in the near future."
Fast Facts/Race Notes:
* Sunday's Samsung 500 will be Johnny Sauter's first start in the No. 36 Chevrolet this season (he started in the No. 35 TBR Chevy last week in Phoenix, finishing 41st)
* Tommy Baldwin is currently 38th in owners points, 108 points behind 35th position
