NHRA AMS Staff Leasing Pro Mod Challenge returns at Memphis Drivers seek points
MILLINGTON, Tenn. (August 20, 2004) -- After almost a month, the NHRA AMS Staff Leasing Pro Mod Challenge, an NHRA exhibition class, return to action this weekend as part of the NHRA O'Reilly Mid-South Nationals at Memphis Motorsports Park.
When qualifying gets underway today, points and the 2004 DRO/NMM Pro Mod Cup, the trophy that is presented to the driver that earns the most points throughout the 10-race NHRA AMS Staff Leasing Pro Mod Challenge are foremost on the minds of each driver. With only four races remaining on the 2004 schedule each and ever point becomes important.
Entering this weekend's event the current DRO/NMM Pro Mod Cup point standings (top 10) through the first six events on the 10-race NHRA AMS Staff Leasing Pro Mod Challenge are as follows:

Pro Mod qualifying for the NHRA O'Reilly Mid-South Nationals begin today with two sessions scheduled for 4 and 6:30 p.m. and ending with two sessions on Saturday (August 121) at 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. Final eliminations for all classes get underway on Sunday (August 22) at 3 p.m. These times are subject to change and reflect Central Daylight Time (CDT).
