USCS: November schedule adjustment

O'REILLY USCS ANNOUNCES SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENT

FAYETTEVILLE, GA - O'Reilly United Sprint Car Series officials have announced a schedule adjustment for the month of November. Due to changing economic conditions and rising fuel costs, officials at South Georgia Motorsports Park in Cecil, GA have requested their O'Reilly USCS Asphalt Thunder event scheduled for November 11-12 be cancelled.

South Georgia Motorsports Park officials have also requested that the O'Reilly USCS Asphalt Thunder Tour return to their facility in the spring of 2006, and a date is being worked out at this time.

O'Reilly USCS officials have filled the November 11-12, 2005 date with an event at North Alabama Speedway in Tuscumbia, AL that will be called "Thunderbowl 2005." The $4,000-to-win North Alabama Speedway event will have qualifying and heat races on Friday night, November 11, with the B and A Main events to be run on Saturday night, November 12.
