5 RACES THIS WEEK OFFER EARL'S POINTS; FORD & KUHN TOP QUALIFIERS IN WEEKEND ACTION
Earl's Fast Qualifier Championship points will be distributed to USAC drivers at five races this week, involving four different racing series. Races included are the Mopar National Midgets at O'Reilly Raceway Park in Indianapolis, Ind. Friday and Anderson (Ind.) Speedway Saturday, the Western Sprint and Midget races at Altamont Motorsports Park in Tracy, Calif. Saturday and the Lucas Oil USAC/CRA Sprint race at Perris (Calif.) Auto Speedway Saturday.
Josh Ford and Brad Kuhn were top USAC qualifiers in last week's action, Ford pacing qualifiers in the Lucas Oil USAC/CRA Sprints at Ventura (Calif.) Raceway and Kuhn the top qualifier in the Western Midgets at Bakersfield (Calif.) Speedway.
Earl's Performance Plumbing, a division of Holley Performance Products of Bowling Green, Kentucky, is the sponsor of the "Earl's Performance Plumbing Fast Qualifier Championship." Earl's will present year-end cash awards to the drivers finishing in the 1st, 2nd & 3rd positions of the "Earl's Fast Qualifier Championships.
