Focuses, Russell Triple Crown opener at Irwindale Saturday.
Todd Hunsaker of Chino Hills, Calif., third-place finisher in last year's USAC TQ Midget Car Series, is the new point leader in the brand-new USAC Ford Focus Midget Car Series following Saturday night's victory at the Irwindale (Calif.) Speedway.
Hunsaker passed Garrett Hansen on the sixth lap, then led the rest of the way to win the 20-lap feature on the 1/3-mile pavement over Jon Wilcox, J.J. Ercse, Phil Goodwine and Wayne McCormick.
