Difficult day for Javi

Team Alstare Suzuki Corona Extra rider Javi Fores finished 17th quickest at the EuroSpeedway Lausitzring, but was not too disappointed with the result considering that this is his first time at the circuit. Also, less then a second separates the eleven riders just ahead of him, so if he can pick up some time tomorrow he can still be on for a place on the second or third rows of the grid. Newly crowned Supersport World Champion Sebastien Charpentier (Honda) took provisional pole, with a time of 1:42.533, ahead of Kevin Curtain (Yamaha), Fabien Foret (Honda) and Brock Parkes (Yamaha).

Javi - 17th, 1:44.813
For me this is a very difficult track and some parts remind me of a go-kart track. My main problem today was getting the bike to change direction and, as there is a lot of that to be done here, that is not so easy. Also, I feel that the balance of the bike is not right yet , so we must improve that tomorrow. At the moment I am on the fifth row of the grid and that is not good news! My aim is to get on the third row of the grid for sure, but maybe the second if everything worked out perfectly.
