SPANISH START FOR HONDA ACCORD
N.Technology concluded the first test of its 2008 FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) contender today in Valencia with driver James Thompson at the wheel of the Honda Accord Euro R Super 2000.
"The car has a good base," said Thompson who finished third in the championship last year. "This test was primarily used for the team and I to get to know the car and that went well. We still have plenty of work to do before our racing season starts of course but this was a starting point. It's a work in progress!"

N.Technology will be looking to carry on last year's end-of-season form, which saw Thompson score more points in the second half of the season than any other driver in the championship.
"This car is a totally different package from the 156," added Thompson. "But the challenge is similar in that we have to develop the car quickly to be competitive. That's something N.Technology are extremely good at though and the Honda package as a starting point is good."
"We still have work to do but as a first test, things went well. The car has great potential."
