At the start of the 53rd annual Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, the No. 45 and No. 44 Flying Lizard Porsches were off to a strong start â^À^Ó starting from fourth and seventh on the GT2 grid, respectively. The No. 45 car with Jon Fogarty driving, had an exciting lap, spinning just minutes into the race, but luckily avoided any contact with other cars. Quickly recovering, Fogarty was back on track, then moments later, braked hard to avoid a spinning car in front of him. As a result, he lost a few positions to 13th in class. 25 minutes into the race, Fogarty was quickly moving back up the GT2 field - running 7th position in class.
Lonnie Pechnik, started the No. 44 in 7th position and maintained that position over the first 20 minutes, gaining one position to 6th position.
At approximately 11:15, a full course yellow was called. The No. 44 was running 6th and No. 45 7th.
Both cars came in at the last lap under yellow for a very fast pit stop for tires and fuel.
At the one hour mark, the No. 45 car is currently running 5th in class and the No. 44 car is running sixth in GT2.
