Marks and Team Make Strides in Practice, Rolling Off Sixth Tomorrow
Long Pond, PA (July 30, 2010)- After searching to find the correct setup underneath the No. 32 Construct Corps Toyota Camry, the Win-Tron Racing team, lead by Crew Chief Mike Chaffee, made a few last minute changes before heading out for Friday afternoon's ARCA Racing Series qualifying session. The changes seemed to helped driver Justin Marks through the turns at the 2.5-mile tri-oval, giving him enough speed for a 54.604 second lap; sixth quickest overall.
"I think the changes we made right before qualifying will be good for the race tomorrow," the 29-year-old driver stated after the time trial session. "We worked hard on the exit of turn three during practice, and I think we may have hit on something to get us some more speed."
Green flag for tomorrow's Weis Markets 125 is set for 3:00 pm EST. Check
