VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Canada - Canadian Alex Tagliani will start from the pole for Sunday's KOOL/Toyota Atlantic Championship race at the Molson Indy Vancouver. Tagliani, of Lachenaie, Que., earned his third pole position of the season after posting a time of 1:10.638 around the 1.781-mile street circuit, for an average speed of 90.767 miles per hour. Buddy Rice, of Phoenix, Ariz., will start on the outside pole after recording a time of 1:10.717. Points leader Anthony Lazzaro, of Acworth, Ga., will start third after a qualifying time of 1:10.734. Sunday's round 10 of the 12-race KOOL/Toyota Atlantic Championship set for 10:30 a.m. PT.
