BTCC: Team PSP Snetterton qualifying report

Qualifying results:
David Leslie (Car 15): 11th (1:13.299, +1.002)
Phil Bennett (Car 20): 16th (1:13.732, +1.435)

David Leslie: "The car feels great this weekend - it's doing what I ask of it. We've worked on a good race setup so I think we're looking good for the first race later today. I could have been one or two places further up but I overdrove through enthusiasm!"

Phil Bennett: "The damper work last week has helped me over the kerbs. I'd have been quicker but I had a clutch release problem. No doubt, we've made progress."

Mike Carroll (race director): "David's secured our best grid position for some time, just one second off pole. It shows we're extracting more from the car. We have two very hot races later today so getting strong finishes will stand us in good stead."

David Wong (team principal): "I'm happy with the progress we're making as the season moves into the last quarter."
