Hungaroring: Series hour 2 report

After two hours

After two hours of race now, the LMP1s have resumed control and are firmly decided to show who the boss is! Starting from the bottom of the grid (due to a change of tyres after the qualifications), the Signature Plus Lola Aston Martin has quickly worked its way through the pack to reach the fifth position. The LMP2s fiercely resist their big sisters assaults, but the lap time they are able to achieve does not give them many chances.

Just right now in LMP1, we have Team ORECA Matmut's 908 HDi-FAP leading the pack. In LMP2, the HPD ARX-01c (no.42) of team Strakka Racing leads the category and ranks 2nd at the overall classification. As for the LMGT2, the Ferrari F430GT (no.95) keeps the lead whilst in LMGT1 Larbre Competition's Saleen S7-R (no.50) still widens the gap. Last but not least, team DAMS' FLM skims over its category.
