It was a hot and sunny day in southern Spain on Thursday for the start of B*A*R Honda's final test of the 2005 season.

This is a two-day programme at the Circuito de Jerez; Anthony Davidson and James Rossiter are the two drivers in attendance to complete the main test programme.

Anthony began the test this morning and had a busy session driving in chassis 007-03 and chassis 007-06 alternately. He began a baseline evaluation of both cars but a slight difference in set-up resulted in him concentrating mainly on chassis 007-06. He completed 55 laps in the morning session.

Anthony spent the afternoon session working through an aerodynamic evaluation in chassis 007-03, completing a further 39 laps to bring his final lap tally for the day to 94 laps.

He will continue the programme in chassis 007-03 and 007-06 tomorrow, with Rossiter taking over in chassis 007-01, the 2006 development car.
