Belgian GP: Starting grid after penalties

Four drivers were penalised following Belgian Grand Prix qualifying, dropping by a total of 120 places on the grid.

Qualifying top three in parc ferme,: Nico Rosberg, Mercedes AMG F1, second; Lewis Hamilton, Mercedes AMG F1, pole position; Valtteri Bottas, Williams, third

Romain Grosjean will start from ninth having qualified fourth after receiving a five-place penalty after a gearbox change. His drop moved Sergio Perez, Daniel Ricciardo, Felipe Massa, Pastor Maldonado and Sebastian Vettel up by one place.

Max Verstappen was handed a 10-place penalty for an engine change and will start 18th after having qualified 15th.

The Toro Rosso driver will start ahead of the McLaren drivers Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso after they were handed a record breaking combined 105-place penalty for their new Honda power-units.

Penalties to Verstappen, Button and Alonso moved Felipe Nasr up to 15th, Will Stevens to 16th and Roberto Merhi to 17th.
