Giancarlo Fisichella:
"The circuit was really really dirty and slippery today. I think we
made some good progress with the balance but it was hard to push
because of the lack of grip, as my two spins at the end of the second
sessions showed."
Alexander Wurz:
"The circuit is much more slippery than last year and so my car
had very low grip. II also struggled a lot with understeering. We
tried a few different directions with the set-up but still find the
same problems."
Pat Symonds:
"It was quite a productive day. Canada is a circuit where you have to
do your race homework very carefully, particularly with regard to the
brakes, and therefore we were really concentrating on the set-up for
Sunday. As usual in Canada, it is very difficult to find grip on
the first day and this leads to normal balance problems, but overall I
think we had a useful day."
