JSP increase Minardi support

Justin Wilson, delighted with the overwhelming success of Justin Wilson plc, and the Minardi F1 team, have received an additional boost as they race into the second half of the Grand Prix season with the news that JSP International have increased their support for the Italian-based team.

As part of a campaign to raise awareness of JSP International as a major supplier in the automotive industry, JSP sponsored Justin personally and the Minardi team at the Austrian Grand Prix last month in what was initially planned as a one-race deal.

Such was the success of the arrangement, JSP, the global leaders in Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) bead foam, have decided to continue their association with both Justin and the team with immediate effect. Both Minardis raced in Monaco carrying the JSP logo and will continue to do so for the remainder of the season.

JSP Executive Vice President, Paul Compton, is delighted with the worldwide exposure generated by Formula One as well as the business opportunities that now exist through their corporate hospitality programme: "The decision to develop our association with Justin Wilson and the Minardi F1 team was a fairly simple one. The feedback from our clients in Austria was very positive and, put simply, we wish to build on those positives in the second half of the season. JSP's association will be further represented through our marketing materials and continued client hosting at selected Grands Prix!"

Justin's race overalls will continue to carry JSP branding while the Minardi PS03s of Justin and Jos will sport the JSP logo located on the rear-wing end plates.

JSP International is at the forefront in the use of Expanded Polypropylene plastic foam technologies in automotive applications. These include lightweight, cost-effective bumper components made from ARPRO® EPP that help minimise damage in low-speed collisions, as well as automotive interior applications.
