The announcement comes from a weekly German newspaper implying that the official agreement will be presented by the president of VW Ferdinand Piech and Frank Williams at the next Frankfurt Motorshow this month. The investment by Volkswagen, beating BMW eager to get their engine on the Williams, should be approximately US $75 million per year.
