Five teams joined AT&T Williams on track at Jerez in southern Spain today for the second day of the team's four day test this week. Kazuki Nakajima assumed testing responsibilities from Dani Clos at the Spanish track although heavy rain showers interrupted much of the day's play.

When the team were able to leave the garage for some dry running, Kazuki continued set-up work on the interim FW30B chassis. With all the teams present running markedly different programmes, the end of day time sheets proved little and saw Kazuki record the 7th quickest time of the session with a 1:21.338, set on lap 42 out of a total of 58 laps of the 4.428km track.

Kazuki will next test at the last session before the Christmas break on the 17th and 18th December at Jerez.

Dickie Stanford, Test Team Manager, Williams F1:

"Heavy rain showers interrupted the majority of today's session so we spent much of the time in the garage. During the time we did get on track, Kazuki ran through set-up configurations on the FW30B and testing the slick tyres. Nico joins us for the last two days of the test and will continue work on our development programme."
