ISR faces tough start at Spa-Francorchamps

ISR Racing had to face a tough weekend's start at Spa-Francorchamps, in the second round of the 2010 World Series Renault. After the good results scored in Practice, when Esteban Guerrieri and Filip Salaquarda ended up respectively in 7th and 8th place, expectations for the Czech team were quite high in Qualifying. Unfortunately, things didn't go that way. Guerrieri went off-track right at the start of the session, while three red flag conditions prevented Salaquarda to took advantage of new tires and forced him to content with 20th. Troubles continued to come though, as the team was unable to repair Guerrieri's car before the race, and Salaquarda was stopped by an engine issue before even taking off from the grid. None of the drivers made it to the start of Race 1.

"It hasn't been a lucky day for us, that's for sure. The great job made by the team and drivers on Friday has been neutralized by several factors that were out of our control. We now have to focus on the second Qualifying session, in order to aim for a points spot on Race 2.
