A new format for British race meetings

This is not an official press release and is not issued by or on behalf of any of the organisations mentioned in it.

The RACMSA and the top UK organising clubs (BRSCC, BRDC, BARC & 750MC) are to run 30 experimental race meetings this year.

The aim of these meetings is to substantially increase the number of races at each meeting. This is to give the paying spectators more action for their money.

To assist this quite a few regulations in the RACMSA Yearbook have been changed or suspended for these meetings.

Dates of the first meetings:

19 March        Brands Hatch        BRSCC
25/26 March     Silverstone         BRDC
26 March        Mallory Park        750MC
14 April        Oulton Park         BRSCC
17 April        Thruxton            BARC
22/23 April     Donington           BRDC
14 May          Snetterton          BRSCC
