Formula de las Americas Pikes Peak second practice

Pikes Peak, Co.- The Formula de las Americas Championship (former Pan-American Indy Lights), again had activity on the Pikes Peak International Raceway in preparation for Round 4, which will be held on May 21.

Brazilian driver Oswaldo Negri Jr. again headed the time sheet being fastest with a lap time of 24.30 seconds, lowering his yesterday's best of 24.67. Argentinean Waldemar Coronas, once again was second best with a 24.41, followed by Dina-backed driver Gianfranco Cane.

Cesar Jimenez, former Indy Lights driver is the only one with oval experience in the Series. However, this "rookie field" has been doing well this two-day practice, with no accidents to report.
