CROWN ROYAL IROC Race Two Texas Motor Speedway, Friday April 15

The following is the Crown Royal IROC starting lineup for Friday's 67-lap, 100.5-mile race. The start time is 6:00 p.m. Central Time and will be broadcast by Speed Channel at 8:00 p.m. ET. Starting positions for race two are determined by inverting the order of finish from race one (Daytona).

The biggest learning curve for the open wheel guys is learning to close the distance between cars. When you're running with the open wheel guys they don't get quite as close as the IROC test drivers with their NASCAR experience, they're right on your bumper, which makes the car feel different. So, still a lot to learn and it's going to be a very different track than Daytona. I feel patience is going to pay off, but you also have to be aggressive, so it's also going to be about striking a balance between the two."

IROC is auto racing's All-Star Game. It is an invitational auto racing series that matches 12 drivers from different disciplines of auto racing in equally prepared cars. The Series consists of four 100-mile races with points awarded for finishing positions. At the end of the fourth race, points are tallied and a champion of champions is named.
