Cost-effective sponsorship opportunities available in Road Racing Series
06.09.2010 - The creation of the District Championship Series on the WKA Dunlop Tire Road Racing Series driven by Mazda has led to a very cost-effective sponsorship opportunity.
Sponsorship is available for each national class in each of the three districts, which comprises the Central (Mid-Ohio, VIR, New Jersey), Midwest (Mid-Ohio, Road America, Putnam Park) and South (Kershaw, Roebling Road, VIR).
The cost for sponsorship is $275.00 per class in a district. All sponsorship revenue will go directly toward the purchase of year-end awards for the top-three point finishers in each district.
District class sponsors will receive two pit passes per district series event; preferred sponsor parking at district event; sponsor name listed on awards; at-track vendor fee waived; option to place signs, advertisements at district race.
Here are the businesses that have already taken advantage of this great value:
- CKT Racing Engines (Midwest Stock Honda 1 L.A.D. Specialties)
- (Midwest 100cc Controlled Kart Warehouse USA (Central Stock Honda 1)
- Milo Schoonover's MJS Racing (Central 100cc Controlled New Concept)
- Design (Midwest Briggs Animal 360 Tustison Racing (Midwest and Central WKA Sprint 1)
- Dan Stowell, WKA Vice President (Central 100cc Pipe Heavy)
If you or your business is interested in sponsoring a district class, talk to Van Gilder this weekend at Mid-Ohio or call Keith Shampine at the WKA office at 704-455-1606 ext. 15.
