"FAN FRIENDLY" HOTEL/MOTEL AVAILABILITY GUIDE FOR RICHMOND INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY'S SEPTEMBER 7,8,9 NASCAR RACE WEEKEND AVAILABLE TO ALL RACE FANS
RICHMOND, VA - Richmond International Raceway strikes another "Fan Friendly" blow for race fans by providing a list of Richmond area hotels and motels that have vacancies for RIR's Thursday, September 7, Fas Mart SuperTruck Shootout, Friday, September 8, Autolite Platinum 250, and Saturday, September 9, Miller Genuine Draft 400.
The guide is chock full of information that will be useful while making reservations for Richmond International Raceway's September NASCAR weekend. The guide alphabetically lists the name, mailing address, and the telephone number of all properties that responded to the Raceway's survey. AAA diamond ratings are given to the properties as they apply.
The "fan friendly" guide goes on to list the number of vacancies for Thursday night's Craftsman SuperTruck race, Friday night's Busch Grand National race, and Saturday's Winston Cup race. Also listed is the range of cost per night's lodging and minimum stay if applicable during Richmond's September race weekend. The distance from the hotel/motel to Richmond International Raceway is also given.
"The goal is to keep the price of accommodations for our race fans as low as possible," says veteran promoter Paul Sawyer. Those race fans interested in obtaining a copy of this excellent guide to greater Richmond area properties need to send a business size, self addressed envelope with $.55 postage to the Raceway. Address requests for the hotel/motel guide to: Fan Friendly Guide, Richmond International Raceway, P.O. Box 9257, Richmond, VA 23227.
