"We're not finished with tomorrow night yet, are we? It was a great run. Credit goes to the team, Tom Mitchell's race team. I really enjoy driving the Circle Bar Truck Corral Ford. It's different if you're starting 20th and you're thinking about how you can get fast, but when you're starting second and there's nothing else you could have done to pick up any speed or drive it a little different or anything like that, because Texas is one of the great speedways that we do attend and go to that you can really race. It's really fast and that's all I had. My hat's off to Mike Skinner, David Starr, and Shige did a good job being a rookie here at Texas. I know he's got some experience here, so we won't call him a real rookie."

WHAT DO YOU EXPECT IN THE RACE TOMORROW NIGHT?

"A really fast race. We came here and tested about three weeks ago and the track gets faster at night. Hopefully it ain't too exciting for the fans, but as long as it's exciting maybe toward the finish. I'm proud to be here in Texas and I hope the Circle Bar Truck Corral Ford runs good tomorrow night. We're like David (Starr), I feel like Texas is a home track for me because our owner is from here (Ozona, Texas), but no matter where you see the 75 truck or the 14 truck, it's always strong in Texas."
